  The primary objective was twofold: first, to integrate essential new features that would meet user needs and expectations, and second, to improve the overall functionality of the app to ensure smoother performance and a more reliable user experience. This involved a comprehensive review of the app's current capabilities, identifying performance bottlenecks, and addressing technical shortcomings.

• Solution

  To tackle this challenge, we embarked on a comprehensive redesign of the app, introducing new features to enhance the user experience and streamline operations. Our team not only fixed the bugs that were obstructing the app’s growth but also revamped the Admin Panel. The improved Admin Panel now allows for more efficient management of customer profiles, invitations, notifications, proposals, news, and other critical functions.
  
  This focused approach ensured that the app not only regained its momentum but also provided a more robust and user-friendly platform for both end-users and administrators. By addressing the technical challenges head-on and introducing meaningful enhancements, we successfully positioned the app for sustained growth and improved performance.
